6147 Old West Saanich Rd

HOT NEW PRICE! An acre of possibility on the Saanich Peninsula. Tucked along the idyllic Old West Saanich Road this rare acreage offers room to build the home you've been imagining, not settle for someone else’s ideas. Gently sloped and treed, the lot sits among vineyards, hobby farms, and quiet acreages, 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, the airport and ferries. The ALR zoning protects the rural character that drew you here, while leaving space for a hobby orchard, garden beds, or simply room to breathe. There won't be any townhouse developments towering over you here in this park like setting. This is a canvas, not a compromise: bring your architect, your imagination, and let the land do the rest. Douglas firs stand where visions might one day rise, and the fall of the terrain already hints at breathtaking sunsets. Lots of this size and character rarely surface on the peninsula, and when they do, they don't linger. We're proud to present this opportunity to the discerning buyers.
